First of all I want to thank you all for a superior service from an excellent team!
I have been on a business trip to Indianapolis coming from Detroit. My Chevy Trailblazer started all the sudden getting very loud.
I went to your dealership to check on the issue. Mr. Todd R. Heck on the service check in had a good diagnosis on the issue - leaking exhaust system. He recommended - and this was perfectly right - an immediate service and repair. Unfortunately a closer diagnosis has shown, that my exhaust manifold was broken. I was in the situation to need the car ASAP back because of my travel itinerary. And here comes the best: Mr. T. Heck realized the urgency of the situation and "opened the window" for an urgent repair. Although the parts needed to be shipped from Cincinnati I never had any doubts that BLOSSOM can help me within 24 hours, perfectly within my schedule.
Getting a rental car for the time between was easy as well; there was no problem and inconvenience at all. The car was repaired and ready for pick up at the anticipated time, the formal stuff was very easy. I liked the professionalism; friendliness, the knowledge and the excellent customer care at BLOSSOM. I have dealt in the past with other Chevy dealerships in the US. Even McCauley in West Bloomfield (MI) cannot reach the level of BLOSSOM, Tennyson in Livonia (MI) should take an apprenticeship here to learn how to service customers.

All in all this was the most positive experience that I have had with a Chevy dealership so far. Thank you for that. And a special thanks again to Mr. Todd R. Heck, your service and handling of the issue was excellent and I wished that there would be more of you.

Toni is a great person. She goes over and above to help her customer. My car had lots of problems. She went above and beyond. It was a great experience. With every problem and my frustration she walked me through it all. My car was all most totaled. I was stressed out due to this was my new car. She helped to relax. Jody did a great job of keeping me up to date on the work that was being done on my car and answering any questions I had. I never had to call and find out the progress on my car or when it would be done, she was always on top of things. After my car was finished, I had a few questions about some of the work and she was beyond accommodating in having someone take a second look at it and making sure it was working correctly. She was very friendly and helpful in a stressful situation for me! I will definitely want to work with her in the future!

I have used this auto body service on previous occasions and during my recent accident claim resulting in a loss of my car (totaled). The staff at Blossom Collision is always prompt, efficient, and courteous. I appreciate the exceptional level of service rendered by Mr. Campbell. Because of his prompt work, I was able to resolve my claim in 2 days and I was able to acquire a car afterwards with the insurance money paid for my totaled car. The turn around time from my collision to acquiring a new car was incredibly swift. All this transpired because of the efficient and prompt service I received from Brian. I will definitely refer and utilize the auto body repair service located at Blossom if I have any future

I have a 2002 Chrysler Concorde Limited that received extensive hail damage not too long ago that my current insurance company (Secura) took care of. My son is my agent now and I was an agent myself several years ago with American Family and always knew that Blossom had a very good reputation. I have sent many of my insured’s to Blossom over the years and have never received a complaint from any of my insured’s that I sent to Blossom. I was so impressed with Tony and the staff at Blossom Collision. I had been a victim of a hit and run on my 2001 Monte Carlo. The staff at Blossom was very understanding and professional.
